The Back Story:

Jeff Fluery made his mark at LV, that boy bagged 4 LV wins in a 1 year span, incredible numbers by today’s standards.  The Fluery’s really made an impression at LV, starting with Old Man Arnold, and the two boys, Jeff and Mark recording a serious amount of victories between the two of them in the then Sportsman and Modified divisions.

Jeff did all his winning between June of ’75 and July of ’76, so my Guess is this picture is from July 1976, a true golden era of the competitors at LV.

Photo Two:

Fantastic shot of some close racing between Jeff Fleury, T.C. and Russ Blake through turns 1 & 2.
