The Back Story: 

What kind of creation is this?  I like the hood,  must have been a couple of strong guys on each side, folding her over.  I like how the door is cut down so you can see the driver working the steering wheel that is basically at said driver’s knees.  And where in the hell did he get in this contraption?  There’s a boatload of window space, but no clear way to get in.

Don’t see engineering like this everyday I tell ya.
