The Back Story:
I took ownership
of this photo through the goodwill of the old picture “Grab Bags” that the
photo concessions sold, they were 3 pics for a dollar. Bargain. I personally had no clue who this mystery driver was, but aided
by the smarts of John Gallant Jr., we were able to identify our hero in the
