Ted Baldwin out of Troy New York stands beside his limited sportsman ride for the 1968 season.  Ted also had a brother, the popular “Inky” Baldwin who raced with Ted up at Pine Bowl Speedway and Menands on the ¼ mile paved ovals.  When the boys moved down to the big place at LV, Ted to my not so vast amount of knowledge, was the only one to try his luck of the well liked racing brothers at Lebanon Valley.
