Adams Mass resident and owner of longtime Lebanon Valley supporter Ronnie’s Cycle Wayne Ouimet briefly tried his hand at the high banks with fairly good results in the then Big Block division, recording a handful, including this one, of victories against a then strong field of Big Block campaigners.
